Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a FP&A Executive / Manager to join our finance team. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business performance analysis.

You will work closely with management and different departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Analyse actual results against budget and forecast, including key variances.
• Monitor revenue, costs, gross margins, cash flow and business performance.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analysis for management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Analyse departmental and business-unit performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Management teams.
• Assist with pricing, product costing and profitability analysis.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Able to turn financial data into practical business insights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
