FP&A Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management and reporting for Joint Venture and project operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability insights to support project performance, business decisions, and risk management
• Monitor and control project costs, revenue recognition, margins, and financial variances, while overseeing account reconciliations and issue resolution
• Partner with project, commercial, and operational teams to evaluate project performance, financial exposure, and key business risks
• Lead and develop the finance team, drive process improvements and system enhancements, and support month-end/year-end closing and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA)
• 8+ years FP&A / Project Finance experience
• Construction, engineering, infrastructure or project-based industry experience is preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency is a must; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience. Experience in cash flow forecasting, working capital management, treasury planning, and liquidity analysis will be high advantageous
• JV accounting and project profitability analysis experience would be an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
