FP&A Manager

Lead and manage all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, profitability analysis, and strategic financial planning. Partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support business growth, drive operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing automotive and EV business environment**.**

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across all business functions.
• Own and manage monthly business performance reviews, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to management.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify business trends, risks, opportunities, and key value drivers.
• Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic targets, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, and functional leaders to support decision-making and business performance improvement.
• Drive profitability analysis across products, channels, customers, and business units to support sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, new business initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, management presentations, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead business case evaluations, investment appraisals, scenario planning, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in FP&A processes, reporting automation, data analytics, and financial systems utilization.
• Support management in strategic planning, business expansion initiatives, and performance management programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team members, fostering a high-performance and business-oriented finance team.
• Partner with senior leadership to support corporate strategy execution and drive overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or related finance functions, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced business environments is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business performance management, and profitability analysis.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering and supporting senior management decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other ERP/EPM systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
