  • Develop and maintain the Group's rolling three-year financial forecast, integrating business unit inputs, corporate assumptions and strategic initiatives
  • Own the rolling six-week cash flow forecast, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in conjunction with business unit and Group finance teams
  • Manage daily cash position reporting and monitoring across Group bank accounts, including intercompany funding and facility utilisation
  • Oversee reporting on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll, including ageing, debtor days and labour cost trends
  • Lead, coach and develop the FP&A Analyst, reviewing their analysis and building their technical and business partnering capability
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior period, with clear commentary
  • Partner with business unit leaders and the Executive team to provide financial insight that supports operational and strategic decisions

About you

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Minimum 6–8 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar role, ideally within an ASX-listed or multi-entity/multinational group
  • Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships, covenant reporting and lender communications
  • Strong track record leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow forecasting processes
  • Experience overseeing or partnering with AP, AR and payroll functions on reporting and working capital matters
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior finance team members
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with FP&A/BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Vena) and ERP systems highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills, particularly in dealing with banking and lending partners
