The Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, commercial performance and business decision-making.

Reporting to the Finance leadership team, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, strengthen business performance and support the Group's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis, providing clear insights into financial and business performance.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to analyse revenue, margins, costs, inventory and key commercial drivers.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic planning, investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Drive cash flow, working capital and financial performance management, with oversight of treasury activities, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and governance while delivering accurate, timely and actionable information to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting or financial business partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and business performance analysis.
• Prior experience in a distribution, trading, manufacturing or supply-chain-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting / ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA is advantageous.
• Self-driven, commercially minded and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
