FP&A Manager

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a key role working closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, insight, and scalable reporting across the business.

The Role

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on performance and investment decisions
• Lead KPI reporting and board pack preparation
• Improve systems, processes, and data quality as the business scales
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and improve financial models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to the exec team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
