FP&A Manager

We are looking for FP&A Manager to join our Bobcat team. As an FP&A Manager , you will provide financial support to our Aftermarket Business Units and oversee SG&A controlling across EMEA. You will act as a trusted business partner, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

We´re Looking For Someone Who Can

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other stakeholders on financial matters
• Analyze business performance, profitability, pricing and cost trends
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and management presentations
• Lead budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) activities
• Monitor and control SG&A expenses across the EMEA region
• Support financial forecasting and variance analysis
• Perform gross margin and profitability analyses
• Provide business case evaluations and ad hoc financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting standards
• Support audits, inventory reviews and financial reporting processes

What Sets You Apart

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Financial Analysis within an international environment
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with profitability and cost analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
• Fluent English
