Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in FP&A at least 5 years in Logistics Business

Job Description

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Develop and manage the Annual Budget, Business Plan, and Long-Term Financial Plan.
• Prepare Financial Plans and update forecasts in line with changing business conditions.
• Analyze Budget vs. Actual performance and identify key variances and their underlying causes.
• Develop and manage Management Performance Dashboards to support business performance monitoring.

2. Project Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation

• Lead Financial Analysis for investment and business development projects.
• Prepare Project Feasibility Studies to evaluate project viability and financial returns.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Planning

• Manage the company's liquidity and funding requirements.
• Prepare Short-term and Long-term Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Analyze Funding Requirements for individual projects.

4. Management Reporting

• Prepare financial and management reports for Management Committee, and Board.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
