FP&A Manager - Financial Modeling and Decision Support

Rapidly growing company headquartered in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Manager of FP&A. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where new ideas are encouraged and you can have a true impact on the business. Reporting to the CFO, this position will have high visibility to executive leadership . This standalone role will handle all FP&A functions for the business, with a heavy focus on financial modeling, analytics, reporting and financial analysis for decision support. Duties will include:

• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytics
• Perform profitability analysis by division, customer, location, etc
• Evaluate new business ventures, products, and markets and provide financially-based recommendations
• Identify and monitor trends and KPIs
• Create monthly management reporting, Board and Executive packages, and provide insight into financial results and trends
• Perform break-even analysis, ROI analysis, pricing support, and scenario analysis
• Manipulate data to identify meaningful relationships and provide insight into the business
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure profitable growth of the company
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Utilize systems and AI-driven tools to capture and track data
• Ad hoc projects as required

The Manager of FPA must possess the following:

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Background in investment banking or corporate FPA
• 5+ years of progressive experience
• Excellent financial modeling skills REQUIRED
• Experience in financial analysis and analytics
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strong analytical abilities
• Solid business acumen
