What they need
FP&A Manager – Thailand
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Partner with Plant, Supply Chain, and Operations teams on financial performance.
- Provide analysis on cost, pricing, CAPEX, ROI, and business improvement.
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards.
- Identify financial risks/opportunities and drive performance improvements.
- Support regional Finance and coach junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and operations.
