FP&A Manager (Technology - Remote)

Barden are delighted to partner with a fast-growing, private equity-backed global business as they look to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a high-visibility finance role in a deal-active business, where the function is moving from reporting towards decision support.

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, in a flat structure with access to senior leadership, you will turn the numbers into insight that shapes commercial decisions and finds value that reaches the bottom line. With acquisitions continuing, integrations under way, and AI training being rolled out to the team, there is plenty to get your hands on.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and the monthly reporting cycle.
• Analyse variances and performance to find where value can be created.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to support key decisions.
• Build financial models and support due diligence and integration on acquisitions.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards that move reporting towards decision support.
• Improve the finance toolset, with a focus on continuious improvement.
• Ability to bring tangible recommendations and value to the organisation through business and commercial analysis.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with ERP exposure (SAP a plus).
• Commercial mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Confident communicator who collaborates well with colleagues outside finance.
• Ambitious, with an interest in a deal-driven, private equity-backed environment.
