FP&A Operations Manager - IR & Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a FP&A Operations Manager - IR & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will serve as a key finance partner supporting investor relations activity within a major business segment while helping strengthen reporting, planning, and decision-making processes. The position will also lead strategic and operational initiatives that improve automation, enhance financial discipline, and support broader digital transformation efforts. In addition, this person will work closely with finance and cross-functional partners to drive adoption of new tools and ensure effective execution of high-priority projects.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,900 – $208,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance contact for investor relations within the segment
• Lead enhancements to financial reporting processes through automation
• Oversee key operational and financial activities, including planning cycles
• Drive strategic projects supporting operational and digital transformation
• Manage change initiatives to maximize adoption of financial tools
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and best practices
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility
• Experience leading teams preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
• Demonstrated experience managing projects effectively
• Ability to document and execute financial programs
