Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify business opportunities and improvement initiatives.
• Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Evaluate business performance trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling as requested by management.
• Support monthly and quarterly business review presentations with actionable insights.

Factory Performance Reporting

• Prepare monthly factory performance reports, including forecasts and financial summaries.
• Monitor key operational and financial KPIs, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility.
• Support changes to reporting structures following organizational or business changes.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process with various business functions.
• Consolidate operating budgets, P&L forecasts, cost projections, and CAPEX plans.
• Review budget assumptions and provide recommendations to enhance planning accuracy.
• Monitor budget performance and explain variances against actual results.

Investment & Performance Evaluation

• Analyze investment proposals and validate financial returns for CAPEX projects.
• Measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives after implementation.
• Track business benefits and recommend corrective actions where expected results are not achieved.

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance partner to Factory Management, providing commercial and financial advice.
• Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
• Support communication of financial strategies and business initiatives across the organization.
• Respond to management's financial inquiries with timely and insightful analysis.

Continuous Improvement

• Enhance financial analysis methodologies and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven insights.
• Share financial knowledge and analytical tools with finance team members to strengthen overall capability.
