FP&A Opportunity for Big 4 individuals (**RARE**)

Seeking a ~3 year Big 4 Auditor with Asset Management/Investment Management clients to step into a 100% FP&A ROLE!

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-range financial models and scenario analyses used for strategic planning, valuation and capital requirements.
• Perform monthly actual vs. budget and prior-year analysis , including identifying and explaining major financial drivers.
• Analyze business-, product- and fund-level profitability , growth initiatives and other key financial metrics.
• Help design, build, test and implement a new reporting and forecasting platform utilizing Workday Finance and AI .
• Use Workday data to provide timely financial insights to senior management.
• Prepare and review reporting packages for credit-facility lenders and rating agencies .
• Perform ad hoc analysis related to the firm's capital structure .
• Produce financial analysis and information supporting due diligence and executive decision-making .
• Partner with Accounting and other Finance groups to understand results and identify important developments that should be reflected in FP&A reporting.
• Prepare executive presentations, decks and talking points .
• Continually improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Streamline FP&A workflows and upgrade financial models as business needs evolve.
• Maintain appropriate processes and controls to ensure data integrity and consistency .

REQUIRED:

• ~3 years of experience CURRENTLY at Big 4
• CPA
• Asset management/Investment Management clients
