Job Summary:

Deliver the recurring planning, forecasting and performance analysis cycle for Minapharm and its subsidiaries, and provide the analytical support behind management and board reporting. The role is expected to make active and disciplined use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, modelling and reporting output.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A in full manufacturing is a MUST, corporate finance, transaction services, or Big 4 audit/advisory.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or wider healthcare sector strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with Oracle or equivalent ERP, and BI tools (Power BI) an advantage
• CMA is a must, MBA is preferable.
• Advanced Excel and AI tools.
• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing the annual budget and rolling forecasts across group entities, consolidating input from Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations
• Maintain and develop the group financial model, including scenario and FX sensitivity analysis
• Support long-range planning and capital allocation analysis

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Produce the monthly and quarterly performance pack: sales, contribution margin, gross profit and EBITDA versus budget and prior year
• Decompose variances into volume, mix, price and cost effects at product/SKU level and explain drivers to management
• Track KPIs for commercial and supply chain functions, including incentive plan metrics

Board Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly board deck: build the underlying analysis, draft slides, and ensure figures are tied to the consolidated accounts and to prior packs
• Develop charts, bridges and waterfalls (budget-to-actual, period-on-period, net debt movement) to a publication standard

Business Partnering

• Maintain reporting templates, cost center structures and data integrity within the ERP/BI environment
• Identify and implement improvements to the monthly close and reporting cycle

Support in reconciling management reporting to statutory results with Group Reporting
