Join a fast-growing, AI-powered financial technology environment transforming how finance teams manage data, reporting, and business performance. Working closely with finance leaders, including Controllers, Directors of Finance, and CFOs, you will help customers optimize financial processes and reporting workflows. You will also collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and contribute to product development. This role offers the opportunity to influence customer expansion strategies, develop scalable implementation practices, and strengthen long-term client relationships. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking, advanced Excel skills, and consultative customer engagement, this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

  • Product Implementation and Expansion: Partner with existing customers to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement additional products that support their evolving financial planning and analysis requirements.
  • Technical Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert across the available product portfolio, guiding customers through features, integrations, and capabilities to help them maximize the value of their technology investment.
  • Financial Process Optimization: Advise customers on best practices for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet-based workflows, helping them improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, Vice Presidents, and Directors of Finance. Understand customer objectives, manage expectations, and guide engagements toward successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives, share customer insights, and contribute to go-to-market strategies and product roadmap improvements.
  • Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Create, refine, and maintain internal playbooks, documentation, resources, and repeatable processes for add-on product implementations and customer expansion engagements.
  • Customer Adoption and Value Creation: Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, address customer challenges, and deliver solutions that strengthen satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: One to three years of experience in software implementation, consulting, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
  • Financial and Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and complex financial models. The ability to understand financial reporting requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance.
  • Consultative Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer challenges, identify appropriate product solutions, explain technical concepts clearly, and guide customers toward measurable business outcomes.
  • Organization and Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, implementation priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Interest in developing scalable processes, improving customer experiences, and contributing to the evolution of financial technology solutions.

Benefits
