[FPT Software] Python & ReactJS Technical Specialist

Position: Full-stack Developer (Python & ReactJS)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi

Job Type: Full-time

Level: Middle / Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build Python backend services, REST APIs, business logic, and system integrations.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, internal services, APIs, and AI/LLM capabilities.
• Write maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests.
• Apply secure coding practices and support CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, PM/BA, QA, and global stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
• For Senior level: provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and take ownership of complex features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong experience with ReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript, including component-based development, state management, routing, and API integration.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, JSON-based services, and microservices.
• Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and ORM.
• Experience with automated testing, Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, logging, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to independently deliver features from design through release.
• Upper-intermediate English or above, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLM integration, RAG, vector search, or tool calling.
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration, document processing, search, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Docker, Infrastructure as Code, message queues, caching, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Redshift, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering enterprise software in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in manufacturing, energy, engineering, or industrial software is an advantage.
• Good at English communication
