Job role: FQHC (Federally Qualified Health care) Medical Coder

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: FQHC Coding
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
• Handle FQHC coding as per applicable coding and billing guidelines.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
• Identify documentation and coding errors.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Stay updated with coding guidelines and changes.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of FQHC Coding.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS.
• Understanding of US Healthcare RCM.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• CPC/CCS certification is an added advantage.
