Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to define role specifications and talent requirements for various accounting and finance positions.
• Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to locate qualified candidates with specialized skills in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.
• Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skill assessments, to ensure candidate suitability.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and final onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential candidates and cultivate relationships with professional networks within the accounting sector.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill for critical accounting roles.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the accounting, finance, or professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of the accounting landscape, including key roles, required certifications, and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
