• Lead the ongoing development of the finance function and financial reporting framework.
• Deliver timely, accurate management information to support business decision-making.
• Enhance financial controls, governance and operational processes.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management support.
• Deliver commercial analysis to improve performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Act as a trusted adviser across a range of financial and business matters.
• Support board-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Profile

The Successful Fractional FD Should Meet The Following Criteria Qualified accountant with experience operating in a very hands-on finance leadership role in a small (- Proven ability to improve finance processes, reporting and controls within growing businesses.

• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment whilst maintaining a strategic perspective.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable, pragmatic and capable of delivering impact in a flexible fractional capacity.
