Who We're Looking For Experienced fractional commercial counsel running their own independent practice, with at least 5 years of experience and at least one of the following

• 3+ years at an AmLaw 100 firm
• 3+ years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company
• 3+ years as General Counsel
• 3+ years as a federal government attorney
• Law professor

Attorneys on our platform commit to rates between $100-$500/ hr, making quality legal services accessible to the entrepreneurs who need it most.
