Fractional Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will lead high-volume talent acquisition initiatives across various industries, leveraging your expertise in full cycle recruiting and talent management to connect exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent acquisition software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday or Taleo
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to ensure alignment with client needs and employment law compliance
• Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates while maintaining positive candidate experience and relationship management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within HR systems and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media outreach and internal recruiting efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse industries with a focus on high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Expertise in talent management software such as Workday, UltiPro, or Taleo; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR systems to ensure lawful recruiting practices
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels including cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and external recruiting networks
• Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while handling multiple priorities efficiently
