Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across various industries and levels. Duties

• Lead full cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other innovative channels to attract high-volume and technical candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth while maintaining HR legal compliance and employment law standards.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and employment terms effectively while maintaining positive candidate relationships through relationship management techniques.
• Utilize HR systems such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms for candidate tracking and data management.
• Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, employment law in talent management, and best practices in high-volume recruitment and campus recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role with a focus on full cycle recruiting across various industries.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, HR sourcing, campus recruitment, and external recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with talent management software such as iCIMS, BrassRing, PeopleSoft, or equivalent ATS platforms; familiarity with HR systems like Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro is preferred.
• Deep understanding of employment & labor law in talent management to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including candidates at all levels.
• Experience in social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling techniques to source passive candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of training & development programs, succession planning processes, employee orientation procedures, employee evaluation practices, contracts management, and HR legal compliance.

Pay: $94,781.92 - $114,145.98 per year
