Frame Builder

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Frame Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling pre-machined wood frames using various pneumatic tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. You will also assist with the machining process when needed, helping to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Duties

• Assemble wood frames that are already machined and prepared for assembly, ensuring precise fit and structural integrity.
• Use air tools such as staple guns and pneumatic screwdrivers to securely assemble frames in a clamp system.
• Assist with the machining process when caught up to the machine room, supporting the production team in maintaining workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Inspect completed frames for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve assembly processes.

Experience

• Prior experience working with wood construction materials.
• Familiarity with pneumatic tools such as staple guns and screwdrivers.
• Experience in frame assembly.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
