Frame Stylist

Our practice is looking for an energetic, friendly and motivated individual to join our team!

The ideal candidate must have profound customer service and organization skills. The candidate should have exceptional knowledge on the latest lens options and frame styles to educate and assist patients when needed. Each candidate is expected to be computer-proficient and familiar with vision insurance plans.

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Positive & Outgoing Personality
• Must be detailed-oriented
• Expertise in Retail Eyeglass Sales
• Experience With Troubleshooting & Frame Adjustments
• Quick Learner
• Experience With Various Insurance Portals
• Familiar With Submitting Orders, includes Billing & Reimbursement Knowledge
• Team Player With Ability to Work Independently When Needed
• Strong Computer Skills
• Experience with Eyefinity Practice Management is a plus
