Job Title: Framer / Construction Framer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Framer to join our construction crew in Rexburg, ID. The ideal candidate has experience in residential and/or light commercial framing and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with consistent work for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structures according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials
• Install sheathing, trusses, and structural components
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous framing or general construction experience preferred (pay based on experience)
• Knowledge of basic construction methods and materials
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others and take direction
• Valid driver’s license required
