Framer/Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of framing and construction, with a strong focus on building structures according to specifications. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions on construction sites. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of building projects, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

• Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or other materials based on blueprints and project specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required for framing tasks.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure timely project completion.
• Engage in siding installation and restoration of existing structures.
• Participate in metal building erection and concrete forming processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in framing or related construction roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans.
• Experience with concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and practices.
• Previous experience in siding installation, metal building erection, or welding will be considered an asset.
