Framer/Carpenter/Laborer

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Framer, Carpenter, and/or Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be assisting with executing a variety of building projects, from metal structures, framing, finishing work, etc. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met at every stage. Responsibilities

• Erect metal buildings and frameworks according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings
• Install concrete forms and assist with rebar placement for foundational work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform framing tasks including wood, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry with precision
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints accurately
• Conduct heavy lifting, dimensional measurements, and use tape measures for precise cuts and placements
• Support construction management by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining site organization, and completing documentation as required

Skills

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing, carpentry, or laboring roles is a plus, but not required
• Any knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during framing or finishing tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise craftsmanship
• Familiarity with construction management practices to support project timelines and safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
