Framers, general labor and siding workers

Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled Framers, General Laborers, and Siding Workers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, installing, and finishing structures that shape the skyline and transform communities. Your energy and craftsmanship will contribute directly to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in various aspects of construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers to facilitate efficient workflow
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety in mind
• Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, or fiber cement to enhance building exteriors
• Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations or structural elements as needed
• Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning materials or assisting with demolition tasks
• Assist with drywall installation, woodworking projects, and restoration work to meet project specifications
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly
• Training will be provided

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and drywall installation processes
• Knowledge of siding types including vinyl, wood, or fiber cement siding installation techniques
• Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, levels, and measuring tapes; familiar with power tools including drills and saws
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or site preparation
• Strong carpentry skills with experience in framing and woodworking projects
• Understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to work at heights on scaffolding or ladders
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper technique to prevent injury
• Experience with welding or concrete finishing is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
