Responsibilities
- Develop EDP extraction and transformation pipelines.
- Implement source-to-FHIR mappings.
- Generate FHIR R4 JSON/XML resources.
- Implement resource-level transformations.
- Develop FHIR API integrations.
- Implement validation and business rules.
- Develop data cleansing and normalization logic.
- Implement deduplication.
- Implement terminology/code mapping.
- Develop batch and incremental pipelines.
- Implement error handling and rejected-record processing.
- Develop reconciliation logic.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot transformation and ingestion failures.
- Support production deployments and defect resolution.
