This is a full-time position with benefits. This position will assist in all phases of construction. Pay is based on experience.

MUST BE LOCATED IN MAINE.

Skills and Abilities, Qualifications, and Other Requirements:

• Preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or residential construction
• Proficiency with wood framed construction and finish work
• Own hand tools (we also have a tool program)
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the state of Maine
• Work with limited supervision and as part of a team
• Willingness to train and assist with other tasks as needed
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Actual starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. Placement at the top of the range is not guaranteed and is typically reserved for candidates who demonstrate extensive directly related experience and qualifications.
