Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction disciplines, including framing , siding installation . This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects such as framing multi plex homes , siding, contributing to high-quality building and renovation efforts. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of reading schematics and blueprints, operating power tools and hand tools safely, and performing heavy lifting when necessary. Candidates with experience in woodworking, siding installation , and the use of heavy machinery will find this role particularly rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
• Construct and install structures such as siding, formwork, and framing using hand tools and power tools
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
• Assist in the installation of siding, framing, or other building components according to project specifications
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met at all timesRequirements
• Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry, concrete finishing, or restoration preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and woodworking skills
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience with framing and siding installation or structural restoration is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
