Job Responsibilities

• Identify the right franchise opportunity by making daily calls to interested leads provided by the company

and processing leads that meet the relevant brand criteria.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses in the CRM.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners and partner brands.

• Report directly to the Company Founder and work consistently toward KPIs related to successful franchisee appointments.

• Update CRM records accurately after every call, interaction, or meeting, in coordination with the reporting manager.

• Coordinate and execute the Franchise MOU and all related documentation within defined timelines.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, lead qualification and sales conversations.

• Organized and disciplined in CRM updates and documentation.

• Interest in franchise sales, business advisory and client-facing roles.
