FRANCHISE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Finds, develop & manages new franchisees for the business.

• Sources and proposes potential franchise deals by contacting potential partners.

• Contacts potential clients to establish a business relationship.

• Develops franchise programs for both physical and virtual shortcoming.

• Conducts the feasibility studies on franchisees store locations.

• Manages sale process from initial response; follow up to closing sale.

• Creates/develop store network development;

  A. Existing store demographic

  B. SWOT / Store Grid

  C. Med term Development plans

  D. Own network

  E. Applications

• Oversees new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.

• Manages/oversees the franchise & business development Department;

  A. Franchise Officers

  B. Business & development officers

  C. Franchise staff

• Performs other task that maybe assigned by the management.

  QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor' degree holder to any business related course.

• 3years above experience as a franchise manager or related to the said position.

• Willing to be assigned at TANDANG SORA QUEZON CITY.

• Willing to work from Monday - Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm
