Job Summary

Ideally, we are looking for an established Franchise Caterer to join our club. This could be an couple, with previous pub management experience or a standout individual who has worked in a membership environment before. Live in accommodation is included with this role. This energetic position involves preparing and serving food that meets our club standards, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. As a Franchise Caterer, you will contribute to creating positive dining experiences and supporting the operational success of our F&B offering through exceptional meal preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop the club menu, prepare and cook a variety of menu items
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
• Assist with meal assembly, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistency and appeal
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas throughout
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and uphold high standards of service

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or catering environment is essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards required
• Hands-on kitchen experience demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
• Experience serving customers or supporting food service operations is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a member driven environment is preferred

Pay: £45,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
