Franchise Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Investment Consultant to drive capital raising, franchise development, and business investment opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, investment consulting, or business brokerage, with the ability to confidently present financial returns and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Present investment and franchise opportunities to prospective investors.
• Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business partners.
• Conduct consultative sales by assessing clients' financial goals and investment readiness.
• Explain ROI, P&L, payback period, and other financial metrics.
• Structure and negotiate investment and franchise deals.
• Ensure compliance with investment and franchise regulations.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance research, financial analysis, presentations, and sales productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Investment Sales, Business Brokerage, Franchise Development, Corporate Sales, or Financial Advisory.
• Proven track record in closing high-value sales and investment deals.

✔ Strong financial literacy (P&L, ROI, Cash-on-Cash Returns)
✔ Experience in complex deal structuring and negotiations
✔ Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills
✔ Knowledge of investment and franchise compliance
✔ Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and other digital productivity platforms

Preferred Background

Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Advisory, or Franchise Sales is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
