Role Description

PEXA Car Care is looking for a confident, mature, and resilient Franchise coordinator to handle existing franchisee queries, complaints, and operational escalations.

It is a problem-solving and relationship-management role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle demanding and difficult franchise partners professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for existing PEXA Car Care franchise partners
• Handle franchisee queries, complaints, and escalations .
• Manage high-pressure conversations with dissatisfied or demanding franchisees.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to resolve issues
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure
• Escalate critical matters to management with factual analysis and recommendations

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA with 2 to 4 Years Exp in similar role.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam and Hindi (Mandatory)
• Proven ability to handle hard customers and conflict situations
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Customer relation experience
• 20% to 30% hike from present salary
