Franchise Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network, including identifying potential franchise markets and candidates.

Recommend improvements and updates to the franchise program for executive approval.

Manage the entire franchise sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

Evaluate and approve franchise candidates, ensuring only qualified prospects are selected.

Oversee franchise program budgets and departmental operating budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Supervise ongoing franchisee operations and provide guidance to maintain brand standards.

Coordinate training programs for franchisees at both corporate and franchise locations.

Design and maintain administrative systems, reports, and tools for franchise operations.

Organize and participate in promotional events, including seminars, trade shows, and open houses.

Collaborate with existing franchisees to enhance sales and operational effectiveness.

Monitor franchisee performance, provide support, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.

Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal compliance, and financial management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.

Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise development activities.
