Franchise Development Manager

We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team in a Franchisee Acquisition & Business Development role. The successful candidate will help grow our franchise network by identifying prospective partners, building relationships, and guiding qualified candidates through the acquisition process.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with prospective franchisees through networking, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
• Present franchise opportunities and explain business models, requirements, and growth potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
• Assess prospective franchisees’ business goals, qualifications, and alignment with the brand.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support negotiations, agreements, and successful franchise launches.
• Research markets and identify opportunities to expand the franchise network.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in business development, sales, franchising, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in building relationships and managing multiple prospects.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach and an interest in business growth.
