Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and pitch prospective franchise partners and investors to expand the Catalyst network.
• Present business models, investment structure, revenue sharing, and ROI calculations to potential franchise leads.
• Handle complete franchise sales funnel from lead generation, counseling, presentation to deal closure.
• Conduct site evaluation and support partners during initial onboarding and setup.
• Manage end-to-end legal documentation and Franchise Agreement execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise sales/expansion within Education, EdTech, or Skill Development sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, B2B sales, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial models and commercial franchise agreements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
