Franchise Manager

• Visit franchise outlets across India and support day-to-day operations.

• Ensure franchise partners follow company standards and guidelines.

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise owners.

• Provide training, operational guidance, and support to franchise teams.

• Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements.

• Assist in setting up new franchise outlets and coordinate execution.

• Resolve operational issues and maintain strong franchise relationships.

• Prepare regular reports on franchise performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 24 years of experience in franchise operations or business development.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Willing to travel extensively across India.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Benefits

• Salary: 30,000 35,000 CTC per month.
