POSITION OVERVIEW

Franchise Manager

We are seeking a Franchise Manager who is committed to operational excellence and franchisee success. The Franchise Manager serves as the primary support partner of our franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards, facilitating training programs, monitoring business performance, and helping franchise owners maximize their potential. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching, problem-solving, relationship management, and helping businesses thrive.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field.

 Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in franchise operations, restaurant operations, retail operations, or multi-unit management.
• Experience in franchise support and operational auditing preferred.
• Strong understanding of QSR and food service operations.
