- Develop and execute strategies for franchisee acquisition, retention, and growth to meet business targets.
- Manage relationships with existing franchisees to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase revenue.
- Identify new potential franchisees through market research, networking, and industry events to expand the company's presence in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs, marketing materials, and operational support for franchisees.
Job Requirements :
- 5-25 years of experience in franchise management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new franchisees and growing existing ones.
- Strong understanding of education/training industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
