Franchise Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Lead and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high quality experience is provided to all patients
• Maintain and grow patient base for the zone
• Plan and drive BTL activities to generate required footfalls at clinics.
• Responsible for acquiring new leads and converting them into sign up at newer locations
• Devise and follow smart marketing plans for Lead generation.
• Ensure smooth on ground execution of all strategies
• Involves travelling 10-12 days a month to ensure smooth operations at clinic , partner relationship
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company’s guidelines.
• Coordinate with franchise partners to make business plan and share progress information
• Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead
• Coordinate with support functions at HO.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• PG Diploma / MBA (Sales & Marketing) Work Experience:
• 8years - 10 years of experience in driving P&L and handling multiple locations

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
