Franchise Manager

The Franchise Manager at AICRA will be responsible for expanding the organization's franchise network by appointing District, State, and National Coordinators across India. The role demands proactive business development, franchise onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure the growth, consistency, and success of AICRA’s programs and initiatives nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new District, State, and National Coordinators.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps to expand AICRA’s franchise network regionally and nationally.
• Execute outreach campaigns, presentations, and franchise pitches to potential partners.
• Manage the entire franchise lifecycle, from lead generation to agreement closure.
• Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for franchisees/coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with AICRA standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
• Track franchise performance, resolve issues, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on franchise development activities and growth metrics.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in franchise development, channel expansion, or business development.
• International Market exposer would be preferred.
• Strong networking, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in the education, technology, or training sector is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively across regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
