Franchise Manager

Job Description-

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to drive the expansion of Brainy Bears Play School across the Madhya Pradesh region, starting from Jabalpur.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in play school operations along with strong sales and marketing skills to manage franchise growth, admissions, and associated product sales.

KEY REQUIREMENTS-

• Lead franchise expansion initiatives across MP by identifying potential locations and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end play school administration, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Drive admissions through local marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement activities.
• Promote and sell educational books and related products to franchisees and customers.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to franchise owners and their teams.
• Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements for revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, operations, and academic support.

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in play school/ preschool operations, franchise management, or education sector.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end school administration.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to drive franchise sales and meet expansion targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience in preschool/play school chains or education franchises.
• Exposure to admissions management and book/related product sales
