Franchise Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate with experience in franchising to support marketing initiatives, franchise development, brand promotion, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's franchise business.
• Identify and generate potential franchise leads and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with prospective franchisees and provide initial information regarding franchise opportunities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate franchise events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business locations and growth opportunities.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Maintain good relationships with franchisees and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in franchising, franchise development, or franchise marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork when necessary.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
