Franchise Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Franchise Relations Officer to join our team at PLK Philippines Inc.'. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will play a key role in managing and growing our franchise network across the Philippines. As a Franchise Relations Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our franchise partners, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and driving the expansion of our franchise footprint.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the development and execution of the franchise sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective franchisees.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and consultations to engage potential partners and communicate brand value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through strategic outreach, networking, and personalized meetings.
• Manage the entire franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation and due diligence to contract signing and onboarding.
• Oversee project management of franchise development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Organize and support franchise-related events, including orientations, business meetings, and contract signings.
• Take initiative in creating templates, standardized processes, and documentation systems to streamline franchise operations; develop and maintain a centralized database for these stages
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, SCM, and IT teams to ensure seamless store openings.
• Handle franchise billings, monitor payments, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion of commitments.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise management or a related field within the commercial real estate and property management industry
• Proven track record of successfully supporting and growing a franchise network
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with franchise partners
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Passion for the commercial real estate and property management industry
