ABOUT JRECK SUBS
JRECK Subs has been serving fresh, made-to-order submarine sandwiches since 1967, when our first location opened out of a converted school bus in Upstate New York. Today, Fresh Start Franchising, LLC operates a growing system of 24 locations across Upstate and Central New York, with an active growth plan to reach 40–50 locations. We are a community-rooted brand with a 59-year legacy, a proven franchise model, and a leadership team committed to franchisee success.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Franchise Support Manager (FSM) is a field-based role responsible for the operational health, brand compliance, and business performance of 10–12 JRECK Subs franchise locations within an assigned region (North or South). The FSM serves as the primary relationship between Fresh Start Franchising corporate and franchisees in their territory — functioning as coach, advisor, auditor, and brand ambassador.
This is not a desk job. The FSM spends the majority of their time in the field — visiting stores, observing operations, coaching franchisees and their managers, and ensuring that every JRECK Subs location delivers the brand experience our guests expect. The FSM reports directly to the Director of Operations and is a critical member of the JRECK Subs corporate operations team.
