About the Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across our Snap Fitness network by empowering Franchisees and Club Managers to meet and exceed performance targets. As a Franchise Support Specialist, you'll support franchisees and club managers across five key pillars: People, Product, Program, Presence, and Process. With a focus on optimising day-to-day club operations, you’ll ensure smooth performance while monitoring compliance with our franchise and IT systems. You'll be instrumental in helping clubs reach their full potential and providing critical insights to drive operational success. Tasks & Responsibilities

• Guide clubs on optimising operations, growing memberships, and achieving compliance with franchise standards.
• Provide support for fitness programs, member onboarding, and club fitness challenges to enhance retention.
• Assist with local and digital marketing strategies, performance analysis, and event planning to increase lead generation.
• Mentor new clubs during opening phases and promote staff development through training pathways.
• Contribute to maintaining workplace safety and a positive, productive club environment.

Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with franchisees and club managers ensures you can offer valuable guidance across multiple areas. You’re highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to compliance and operational efficiency.
